In the satellite view of our property, the pond looks like the face of an old-timey analog clothes iron. Plus the water has a TON of iron in it, making it orange when it emerges from the ground.

We are not certified organic, but all our produce is grown with as little intervention from us as possible. We use organic fertilizers, mulch, and well water for irrigation.
