Amakara Seasoning

Amakara is a Japanese word that means "sweet and spicy," or a combination of sweetness and saltiness/savory taste. Ours is a combination of pink Himalayan salt, cane sugar, and our dried farm-grown Shishito peppers. Sweet compliments salt and vice versa, and the spice adds a welcome heat.

Use as a finishing seasoning, or add to a sauce for heat and depth.
