Our Extrakta Sage has been dehydrated and combined with kosher salt, creating a fragrant seasoning.

This is an improved, high-yielding variety of common garden sage specifically cultivated for its high essential oil content (1.5%) to (2.0%). Known for its robust flavor and fragrance, it is used for culinary seasoning, commercial essential oil production, and herbal remedies.
