Our French Tarragon has been dehydrated and combined with kosher salt, creating a fragrant seasoning.

An essential herb for French cuisine, tarragon adds flavor and depth to sauces, salads, eggs, soups, fish and poultry dishes, and is a required ingredient for béarnaise sauce. Flavors similar to anise, licorice, and fennel.

Excellent for seasoning meats (like pork or poultry), stuffing, sauces, and beans. The leaves also retain their flavor when dried.
