‘Agostino Reghitto’ originates from the family of Steve Foisie and named for his grandfather, who emigrated from Italy to Washington State in 1902.
The large, soft, flavorful leaves of ‘Agostino Reghitto’ basil are perfect for culinary use, adding a classic basil flavor to salads, sauces, pestos, and other dishes. Later in the season, it attracts pollinators, especially bees and butterflies, with its plentiful flowers.
